Igor Eliseev
Igor Eliseev is a Norway-based internationally recognised bassplayer with roots in the St.Petersburg bass-tradition and deep interest in renewing and developing the bassrepertoar and the possibilities for doublebass as a solo and chambermusic-instrument.
He is currently solo-bass in Stavanger Symphony Orchestra, teaching at the University of Stavanger and regularly giving masterclasses and playing around the globe.
He plays a one of a kind Grancino-bass from 1670 and is the founder of EliseevCases
